Shipping policy

At Kenoz Home, we want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we make returns and exchanges simple and transparent:

  • You may request a return or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your order.

  • All items must be in their original condition and packaging (unused, unwashed, and with labels intact).

  • Each order can be exchanged one time only.

  • Please note that packages cannot be opened at delivery and returned directly to the courier.

  • To initiate a return or exchange, you must first submit a request through email or WhatsApp. Returns sent without a request cannot be accepted.

  • If you request a refund, the only deduction will be the shipping fees.

  • If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition. You may choose to receive your refund through Bank Account, InstaPay, or Vodafone Cash.
